Fall, Framed

Introducing framed canvas to Joyfully Said’s fall collection

[Framed canvas was new this fall, and the frame had to look in photos the way it looks on a wall. I was photography and video lead: shot in a few different stylings, exposed to keep the frame true to life, then retouched, edited and color graded the stills and video.]

THE DETAIL

ONE SCENE, TWO FORMATS

[One line on the setup both came from.]

EXPOSURE & STYLING

[What each setup had to get right to keep the frame true to life. Only what really happened.]

RETOUCHING

Art Skinning

(Winter pictured) Due to time constraints, we could not find a location and shoot every individual art piece in each size. We compensated for this by taking plain white canvases and placing art in digitally. Taking the blank canvases allowed us to preserve the lighting conditions while maintaining the flexibility to place art into a scene.
